Infants – PreK:
During our Sunday morning Bible study and Worship Service, nursery care is available* in our secure Preschool wing. Visit the Welcome Center Gathering Place (on the east side of the property) to check in with our nursery team.
ELEMENTARY AGE KIDS:
Our worship (music) time is designed to be inclusive of school-aged children and to give them a variety of learning experiences. School-aged students are welcome to sit with their parents or their peer group (teachers sit with them) during the first part of our service to share in lifting their voices to the Lord. After a time of worship, children (K through 4th grade) are typically invited to break away for our Kids Konnect service, where lessons and activities are prepared just for them!
Occasionally, Pastor Jeffrey will have a special time of teaching with our children when he will invite them to join him down front for a lesson. Other times, children will remain for the entire service hour so that our Kids Konnect leaders may join in the service, and so that you may worship with your children as a family.
* Unless otherwise noted, child care is available for all Sunday Morning services, but not necessarily for other church events or services. There may be occasions, such as special services, where child care is not available so that families may worship together regardless of age. Details are announced in the church bulletin.
Sunday Morning Bus Ministry – We are so sure you and your kids will love joining us at FBCF, we will even offer a ride! You must register (in advance) to ride, and call our shuttle team each week to confirm that you are riding, but we are happy to give you a lift, get you to church, and get you home after service!

TeamKid is a fun, high-energy ministry that encourages kids to know Jesus Christ and grow in a relationship with Him. Every part of TeamKid – Bible stores, Bible verses, life application, missions, and recreation – all connect to teach life lessons to kids.

All FBC Staff and Volunteers who come in contact with those 18 yrs and younger will be required to complete the safety training during the month of June. Turn in your form and $5 registration fee to the church office.
Parents want to know that their kids are safe and secure when they leave them at church. Because we also take child safety seriously, we ask that all potential volunteers apply at the church office, complete a background check, and meet with our ministry leaders prior to accepting a position of service. Further, we have security cameras throughout the property and a group of men who volunteer as our safety patrol.
UPWARD Sports Ministry is on a sabbatical! Not just off-season…
FBC has offered this vital ministry for many years. It has become a staple of our community. However, last season, our Upward Coordinator and several other key leaders retired! That, along with Covid-19 has presented us with some challenges in planning for the year ahead.
We are unable to continue Upward without your help! Rather than cancelling Upward entirely, we are actively searching for a team of leaders to help coordinate this important ministry. You don’t have to oversee all of Upward (which is a huge task), just be willing to undertake leadership of a specific area within your skill set, which might include: Administration & Enrollment, Concessions, Referees and Evaluations, Chaplaincy/Devotionals, Coaches, Game Day Set up & Clean Up.
Because we are under a planning deadline, please let us know by August 31, if you would be willing to serve (and list your area of interest) on our Upward leadership team by contacting our church office.
*All adult volunteers will be provided, and expected to attend, program training as well as Ministry Safe Training.
