Ashley grew up in Tomball. She views children’s ministry as an opportunity to build foundational biblical knowledge to help support children in their walk with God throughout their lives.

Before coming to First Baptist in 2022, she was an elementary art teacher in Fort Worth. Ashley is married to Andrew Wroth, our associate pastor of youth and recreation. She earned a BFA in studio art from Sam Houston State University – where she and Andrew met.

Their two small children can often be seen running around the church campus. Whenever both children happen to sleep at the same time, Ashley loves to listen to audiobooks while she knits.
